USMG 2.0: Phase-Line Roadmap

USMG 2.0: The Phase-Line Roadmap

Effective Date: 16 February 2026 (Launch Phase)

Phase I Structural Reorganization — Starts 16 Feb

Today, we officially transition from the legacy “Council” model to the USMG 2.0 Governance Structure.

  • The Board (7 Voting Members): Consists of the President, 3 VPs (Ops, Tech, B&C), and 3 Executive Board Members. These 7 are the final decision-makers for USMG.
  • The Council (Advisory): Remaining legacy council members transition to an Advisory role. They are vital contributors to discussion and strategy but do not hold directory power or a formal vote.
  • The Review Period: The new Charter, Mission Statement, and By-Laws were released for a 72-hour review.
    • Rule of Engagement: Silence is recorded as Assumed Consent.
    • Deadline: Approval and formal adoption finalized NLT Friday, 20 February 2026.

Phase II Brand Identity & Public Facing — Starts Monday 23 Feb

Once the “Law” is established, we rebuild the “Face” of USMG.

  • Community Engagement: We will inform the community of the updates and aim to source talent from within for a new USMG identity.
  • Selection Process: All submissions will undergo a structured Board-led voting and adoption process.

Phase III Digital Garrison Deployment — Concurrent

We are moving the “Base of Operations” away from corporate-dependency and toward self-sovereignty.

  • Primary Hub: usmilitarygamers.com will be developed as our social and operational platform. This is where Branches live and everything is archived.
  • Secondary Hub: Discord will be streamlined. We will significantly “trim the fat” on channels, pivoting the server to serve strictly as a Voice Comms and Casual Chat space.

Phase IV Recruitment & Operational Build-Out — Ongoing

We are seeking new blood but maintaining high-tier standards.

  • Interim Ops: The President will act as the interim VP of Operations until a suitable candidate is identified.
  • Directorship Recruitment: We will begin the interview process for Branch Directors.
    • The Standard: All candidates must pass USMG standards, including verified service backgrounds and leadership potential.
